As we are an online education provider, it is important to set out the terms and conditions applicable for using our website.

 

Services overview : As part of the application process on the Site, Accords International may collect the following personally identifiable information about you: Name including first and last name, alternate email address, mobile phone number and contact details, Postal code, Demographic profile (like your age, gender, occupation, education, address etc.) and information about the pages on the site you visit/access, the links you click on the site, the number of times you access the page and any such browsing information. To provide information about our educational courses and connect with you in a more effective manner.

 

Eligibility : Services of the Site would be available to all persons above 18 years of age, across the world. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years you may use the Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use.

 

Trainings and learning programs: All decisions undertaken by the management shall be binding and final with regard to all matters in relation to the trainings and learning programs or in connection with the trainings and learning programs. As the education programs are online platform based, we reserve the right to contact all the applicants/subscribers who have voluntarily provided their contact details at reasonable hours through online communication mode. Further, all documentation regarding the trainings and learning programs will be strictly in soft copies. With our pledge to go green, we would not entertain requests for any documentation to be sent in hard copy. All due dates, payment dates and deadlines are to strictly enforced by the management and it is binding in nature, unless otherwise decided. Failure to meet payment deadlines would result in withdrawal of the offer letter and no notice is required to be sent.

 

License & Site access : Accords International and its associate partners provide a license to access the Site only for personal use and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of Accords International, India. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Accords International, India.

 

Applicant Obligations : You may not use the Site for any of the following purposes:

● Disseminating any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.

● Transmitting material that encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offence or results in civil liability or otherwise breaches any relevant laws, regulations or code of practice.

● Gaining unauthorized access to other computer systems.

● Interfering with any other person's use or enjoyment of the Site.

● Breaching any applicable laws;

● Interfering or disrupting networks or web sites connected to the Site.

● Making, transmitting or storing electronic copies of materials protected by copyright without the permission of the owner.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction : Any Agreement with Accords International, including the agreement, written or otherwise, to pursue the trainings and learning programs, shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India and Courts of New Delhi, with the sole jurisdiction of any dispute lying with the Courts of New Delhi, India. Termination: Accords International or the Collaborator may unilaterally terminate this agreement at any time by giving written notice at least seven (7) days prior to the desired termination date, or immediately upon the request of the learner/participant, and any rights previously accrued shall stand terminated along with it.

 

Indemnity : You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Accords International, India its employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, caused by or arising out of claims based upon your actions or inactions. This clause shall survive the expiry or termination of any Agreement with Accords International, including the training and learning programs Admission.
